Starting from the new school year, five kindergartens and centers for children’s creativity will open in the Yuzhnoukrainsk community. The city council has published the official decision on their website.
In Yuzhnoukrainsk, four of these preschools will offer a mix of in-person and distance learning. Currently, only the kindergarten in Kostiantynivka is operational in the community.
Additionally, the Center for Children’s and Youth Creativity, the Development Center, and the Station of Young Technicians will also be available to children in a blended format.
City officials have indicated that the method of delivering education might change during the year based on the security situation in each area.
The Mykolaiv City Council’s executive committee has approved the reopening of some schools and kindergartens starting September 1, 2024.
